We had damage to our home a while back and their customer service was very responsive. The adjuster/investigator came out within a couple of days to inspect the damage, wrote down his assessment and within a week, we were able to search for contractors.

The website is pretty well organized, but it tends to get slow and flaky sometimes. When I try to access it on my phone, it always needs to email me a code to verify my identity. I understand this is for protection but there should be some way to have it remember my phone.
