I feel our premium and deductible are reasonable. We have price checked the premium which when you include multi coverage discounts is cheaper than competitors. Our deductible is fair when our roof was damage it only cost 1000 out of pocket which is very affordable and great to good a new roof for only 1000 dollars.

I had a flood in my home and absolutely everything in the lower floor was destroyed; the water level came up to the electrical plates on the wall, it filled up like a virtual swimming pool. The carpet, oddly enough, floated almost at the top of the water in places, making a horrible, surreal sight. When I called the insurance agent I was in shock, and he knew it. He was at my house in moments, in fact he parked his truck in the front yard, right before the fire department and etc. arrived. The agent acted as a personal hero, more attentive to the immediate situation than my husband. The followup on the insurance claim was amazing. I had never made any kind of claim for anything before, and they were very encouraging and helpful. The agent came over and showed me how to document what was ruined, brought me a sense of hope and renewal, and a bucket of chicken for breakfast that really polished off the customer service for me.
