Closing Fee
The closing cost was pretty much non-existent and overall I am very happy with the fees in general. I barely paid any fees at all.
Interest Rate
My interest rate was the lowest I could find and I went through many comparison websites to make sure I had the lowest available.
Loan Officer Service
My loan officer was very accommodating and overall I would recommend them to almost anyone I know. I liked them a lot.

Pros
They were overall one of the best experiences I have had with a mortgage lender. They were prompt friendly in general very supportive and understanding.
Cons
I don't think there is anything I disliked about this lender.

We received one of the lowest rates available for mortgage right now, much lower than most of the industry is getting.

They were very professional, it was really easy to get in contact with our loan officer whenever we needed to.

They are very professional, have the best rates possible and can answer your questions expertly and quickly.
Cons
They are internet based, so there is no actual physical office. This is what I dislike
