The customer service is very effective, and very fast, but sometimes it is very cumbersome to try to communicate, the lines are almost always collapsed or I do not know what kind of problems they have that is sometimes very expensive to communicate

I like it because it is easy to manage, but the payments process it very slowly, and the mobile application is very heavy, and makes my phone go slow, I de-paint it and install it every time I use it.

I like the fact that they DO NOT contact you all the time with pushes to buy other products. They just let you know when the premium is due and if there is any change in the coverage or premium. I also like that they send you this information several weeks ahead of the due date so you have time to make changes if you want to.

Frankly, we've had this insurance for 20 plus years and really haven't bothered to shop around and see what other companies are offering. Century National may be expensive but the few times we've had to file a claim they responded quickly and generously.

The site is well designed. It is easy to access my entire policy online. The Bill payment area is also extremely easy to use and lets me know how far along I am paying for my policy, which I do on a monthly basis.

Century National charges more for its insurance, but I have not heard of any other company that offers such complete coverage, especially for an older home, where proper replacement/restoration is an issue. I did notice that my premium went up a lot this year, and I'm unhappy about that.
