I'm not sure because our seller paid closing costs. I assume it was reasonable since he paid it. That makes me happy.
Interest Rate
Our interest rate was very competitive, much lower than other companies, very worthy of shopping around to find it, exciting, something to be proud of, made me feel like I was getting a deal and a very smart decision.
Loan Officer Service
The service was above-average, personable, excellent, amazing, best service I could expect, friendly, almost to the point where I can say I'm friends with the loan officer, continues to be amazing, helpful, stress-free, sweet, and careful.

I liked how helpful, how personable, how easy they made the process, how quick and easy it was, how accurate they were and just everything about the lender.
Cons
There is absolutely nothing that I did not like about the lender. I think I can thank the loan officer for that as she was just seriously the best. There were no issues throughout the whole process because she was so on top of things.
