I like that it is simple to navigate, and easily readable. I can access my proof of insurance on the go at any time and don't have to worry about carrying the hard copy around with me. I also like how easy the signup process was, and how easy it is to check a claim. I do not like however not being able to contact a customer service rep via live chat, or being able to file a claim online. I do not like paying my bill online because it seems as if there are many glitches during the attempts and sometimes my entire computer freezes, this only happens when attempting to pay the bill.

I pay $80.00 a month alone for my home insurance, whereas even with bundle packages other companies such as Geico and Allstate wanted well over $100.00 a month, and would have been more once the auto was added. With my auto insurance, I pay a little over 170 each month, and I am very satisfied with this price as it was one of the lower costs I could find. It does not include every coverage I wanted to include, but it fits my budget plan for now.

We have had this problem before, so I'm not sure if that was why it wasn't covered or not, but they said the damage looked "old" like it was done in a previous year and not current, so they wouldn't cover it.
