Loan Officer Service
The process took a bit longer than I would have hoped and the rate and closing costs was higher than he had predicted but otherwise he did a good job finding us a good mortgage with a reliable company

My lender has been willing to work with me on a personal level to overcome any issues that have arisen in paying our mortgage.
Cons
I dislike their online options, and their website is difficult to use. If there is one thing about my lender I could change it would be their online portal its barely useable and severely out of date.
