Closing Fee
When I purchased my home it was set up the seller paid all closing costs and fees so I can't speak to how I felt on closing costs and fees as I did not pay them
Interest Rate
My interest rate of 3.25 fixed I thought was a good deal compared to what was available at the time. I could have gone with a lower variable rate but did not want to take the chance of it going up and felt secure using the fixed rate. right now the average rate in my state is 3.97 so I feel I made the right choice.
Loan Officer Service
Everything went very smooth with our loan officer. She was very informative and honest with all the dealings. She worked with us through all the paperwork and it went very smooth and very fast. Hassle free is what I would say it was.

They lender worked with us and made me feel like there were on our side and wanted to help. They explained each step and showed us all the options and what would work best for us. They were very attentive and worked through everything very fast, but not so fast that we didn't know what was going on.
Cons
I truly can not find anything negative to say about the lender. I would go through the whole process again with them and have no worries. They were a joy to work with and made it easy
