I have looked around quite a bit and did some comparison pricing on Geico. My biggest issue is that the quotes I got where much cheaper but all 6-month quotes. I knew the rate would explode after 6 months so I did not switch

They send me my policy by mail once a year. Usually, it has no issue so I either pay in full or do the payment plan. I think I usually get a nice discount for prepaying so I do that.

customer service is great. Every time I have called they took care of the issue over the phone. Even the payment over the phone with a rep they waive the fee. They probably know their website is garbage

Our homeowner's insurance company is great. We enjoy the staff and the products are reasonably priced. The company is local and employs our friends and neighbors. We wouldn't consider changing to anyone else.

I have predominantly interacted with my agent, whom I am very satisfied with. I have only interacted with customer service for my insurance company once, and they were unable to do some of the things I asked them to do (i.e., made me do it myself instead) and they made a decision regarding reimbursement of a payment that I didn't agree with

We had a claim from a hurricane, literally 3 months after we started the policy. It took awhile to get it covered, and the payment was probably about the same as what we pay in 10 years AND the rate barely went up. It has been very a very steady rate.
