Policy Offerings
They had the lowest price policy offerings that were just as good as the other offers from other insurance companies and they offered flood insurnace too which was a plus, but the best part was the policy was low price.

The premium and deductibles were pretty much the same as the other vendors, but the price was better from this insurnace company and i couldn't tell you why, but they do have a great reputation and history of fulfilling their coverages so why would i pay more for a well known insurance company when this one does just fine.

The insurance company is ok,i have only spoken to one rep there, and he was nice. Provided a reasonably good rate for the home insurance, and also offered flood insurance.

Our home insurance company's website is seriously lacking. And the mobile app is nonexistent. The website takes me to a different branch even when I click on our branch and I can only do things over the phone/in person. The online quote maker doesn't work.
