Website/App
I like how professional the website appears, it gives you confidence in the company. However, from a user point of view, I personally HATE that kind of layout. I prefer for all the information to be at the top, so you don't have to keep relentlessly scrolling.

Customer Service
Well, they always answer the phone. I'd say their answers are less than satisfactory. However, given how many people are here have had their insurance canceled, I feel like I have to be very nice to them on the phone.

Premium
I mean, my choices are very limited in terms of insurance carriers. I don't really get the luxury of shopping around and seeing who provides the best premium coverage. Obviously, I'd love it if the premium was lower, but when you live in a flood zone, no one wants to Insure you

Communication
I don't like to receive much mail, and they never send me any. That said, they also don't seem to care when we go through a hurricane or something---I think they worry if they reach out we will be tempted to file a claim.
