Deer Valley comes a distant second; its residents make savings of $810, with a typical home value of $281,100 and median home insurance of $1,180. Sun City West is third on the list; its residents make savings of $690, with a typical home value of $188,600 and a median home insurance cost of $920. Residents of Maricopa-Stanfield show the next highest savings in insurance premiums at $450. The typical home value and median insurance premium here are $130,800 and $640, respectively. Residents of Stotonic Village is fifth on the list with a potential savings of $370. The typical home value is $118,800 and the median premium is $510.
