I have dealt primarily with their local agent which has been very correct and complete. A couple of years ago when I had trouble accessing my account via the website, the representative was knowledgeable and helpful.

The premium is reasonable for the coverage and geographic area. A company with cheaper rates recently left the state and this company offered the best choices for my needs. Having the same company for auto insurance also helped maintain reasonable rates.
