I was paying $400 more with AllState the year before and the quotes I got were outrages. Esurance just seemed to make sense because they had the same coverage but lower premium. I pay roughly $600 a year, and I still think that is really high for someone that has never made an insurance claim.

I think the premium is very low and I am satisfied, however, I do have a rather large deductible ($2,000). I may in the next year or so try and search for a better deal and/or lower deductible, but for now, I am satisfied. I also noticed my premium seems to increase by 10-20 every year, and if that continues I will be searching elsewhere.

I had Nationwide for the previous 2 years. Their Homeowners was significantly cheaper, but their auto was so much it wasn't worth it. I shopped around quite a bit and Esurance offered me the best bundle deal. I'm not a big fan of insurance in general, so I like the high deductible, low premium insurances. A lot of insurances don't offer the $5000 deductibles

I disliked the amount of transparency. We had an issue with bats causing damage to our insulation. They weren't very clear to us on our coverage. Our policy states they cover wildlife damages to home, yet they were unwilling to help us understand why they wouldn't help us cover it.
