When we bought this house, this company was actually the only ones who would insure us, as there was no known info on the roof (no permits, and even though you could tell it had been replaced at some point without the data to confirm the insurance companies had to assume the roof was original to the home). The agent that explained our policy was erractic and confused me. However, from what I understand, the only thing that our policy covers is fire protection. It's for 10,000 dollars.
