Premium
The premium is slightly higher than other brands, maybe 10% higher, but I've made a couple theft claims and the claim adjuster was helpful and I was paid within a week of submitting receipts, I was paid replacement costs, over $9000 dollars.

Communication
I liked the interaction. The claim adjuster is not hurried, they are kind and wait on the line while you recollect, cry, get emotional and ask pertinent questions , so you can explain in a thorough way. They collect all the information in a kind manner.

The annual premium is high due to the age of the home. Upgrades and renovations are not factored in to assist in lowering the premium.

Customer Service
Pemco customer service is exceptional. You reach a person right away, they soft transfer you to the appropriate person to handle the claim. There is no bouncing around and the call being dropped.

I pay the premiums on Pemco's app. It is fast easy and secure. I can look at claims that I have made in the past. I can view insurance documents to see what is covered.

Theft, broken windows, broken doors, damage to home during theft. Replacement cost of stolen jewelry, electronics, lockbox and other items. damage to home by falling trees, cars driving into home. Personal injury to self or others.

The website is catered towards registered agents. We have never received information on how to log on and create a homeowners account. It is not very user-friendly and is difficult to navigate.
