The company's customer service is superb, the staff is extremely knowledgeable about insurance. They are very patient to explain any questions that I have regarding my policy or about insurance in general. The best part is that I feel like at times, our local state farm tries to save us a few dollars here and there.

The premium is super expensive relative to other brands and companies which over years, that extra cost can total to a hefty amount. The interaction and communication that I receive from our agent are great! They are polite and knowledgeable and I love the fact that there is a local office with agents inside so that I can get things answered quickly and efficiently.

My home insurance policy covers dwellings including our storage room, personal possession inside the home up to a certain value. Plus other structures like our fence. In the case anything should happen, our policy also covers temporary assistance so that we'll always have a home.
