The policy offerings of my insurance company seem to compare to other companies. At least annually I check rates and State Farm is always the lowest. However, I do not like the fact they raise rates based on overall natural disasters in the country so I am affected by the wildfires in California and the Hurricanes in Florida.

I think that my premiums are better than competitive -- I did a lot of review before going with USAA. plus, they also handle my car insurance and jewelry rider as well. and I like that they are for military and their families.

We had extreme hail damage to our home, garage and tool shed and they replaced all roofs (shingles) on all three structures. We had a kitchen water pipe freeze and break flooding basement. All carpeting, walls replaced as well as one bedroom ceiling. We had a home invasion and were robbed, they covered it all. Response time was immediate for inside repairs and the other claims were corrected and settled within a weak. VERY happy with the service and options offered to us.
