We got to pick out our own deductible. I can't really speak on other companies and their policies. I have only had State Farm. Started using them for renters insurance, and out relationship bloomed. I do know from just searching other quotes, because we always are going to shop around, but their quotes seem to be competitive.

Well, first I use an agent however any of my payments are completed through the company website which is a part of customer service. The site has never been down went I needed to make a payment and I was also easily able to locate the policy itself along with the coverage limits within the site. Finally, if I needed to actually call the company the phone number is easy to find.
