The app is super easy to navigate and I can access my policy documents very easily. The only thing I don't like about the app was trying to find a contact phone number. It forced me to try to handle it online first. So it was hard to find the # since that wasn't the first option for "Contact us".

the premiums are slightly less than others. i feel as though the company will charge you less depending on your long term commitment. at first its roughly the same pricing as others but will heavily convince their customers to be on top of their insurance to potentially see a decrease in the long run.
