I have never had any problems with my insurance agent in particular because I have never really had to report a claim on my home thankfully. I really do love the fact they are very friendly and will work with you if you are needing to be a few days late since I had my check come after my due date by a few days but they seemed to really understand and even started scheduling my dates for payments the day after my check so that I didnt have to stress out and hurry to pay everything that way I could take my time and not over think to much about what was due and who to pay first

When I call I always am greeted by a friendly voice but more important I can ask a question without being charged what I mean by that is when I was with another company their name omitted since I do not know who will read this and I do not want to be sued. Anyway One afternoon I called and asked if my roof was covered they asked me what had happened and I told them they said I was not covered but after shopping around for a better deal the one I shopped with called and asked me when I filed a claim I said never they gave me the date and time and I was unsure but they mentioned roof repair and I said I did not claim anything I called and asked and they told me that t was listed as a claim and the guy also said most likely do not be surprised if my premium goes up a lot or they decide to cancel the policy entirely. Indeed he was correct and they raised my premium 20%. I called and complained but their answer was the raise was not impacted by the phone call which I knew was a lie so I switched shortly afterward.

My policy was extremely easy to enroll for, I pay next to nothing for my premium, the website is easy to navigate and submit claims on and when I have questions and need to call and talk with someone I am never waiting to talk to someone more than a minute or so. When my agent is not available if I leave a message she calls me back within 24 hours... although on weekdays within business hours it's usually more like 2 hours.
