I do not mind the premium. It was the best that we found in the area. It has steadily dropped since we got the coverage.

I don't mind the communication. They never call to check on us but they are always there when we need them. It is decent enough. I guess it would be nice for them to call every once in a while.

I like that our insurance company is open 24/7 for us. We can call anytime there is a problem and there is someone there. I like that they are open to helping us at any time. I like that there are offices around that I can go into if I want to talk to someone or I can do it online. It is very versatile.

AAA meets all of my home insurance needs. I can't compare them to other providers as I've been with AAA for about 15 years and have little (if any) memory of what the difference between then and AAA is. The one thing I know is that they offer discounts for multiple police holders. (ie we also have our auto insurance with them) and, as members of the AAA club they provide all kinds of extras beyond a straight insurance company. (A monthly magazine, travel and roadside benefits, etc.)
