When I initially signed up for the service in August 2016 to begin coverage October 2016 the customer service was great! They walked me through the whole process of signing up and let me know that they would reach out to our mortgage company to get everything on file and set up for the payments to be escrowed. I had no other dealings with the company after that and have switched to Traveler's, effective at the end of the month. I would rate them a 4 because the cost is very high and I don't believe that equals good customer service.
