The physical structure of the home, loss of use of the home provides us with funds to stay elsewhere if the home is completely lost and unlivable, medical payments cover the cost of medical care due to injury. We also have coverage for our belongings totaling $50,000.

This companies customer service is the worst customer service I have ever had contact with. They are in a different state then I am and they never pick up their phones. When they do they almost always place me on hold and keep me waiting.

I like the fact that they primarily communicate through email as I do not like being bothered by continuous phone calls when they need to remind me of something or send a new privacy policy or whatever. However, when it is an urgent matter, they are terrible because they barely pick up the phone.
