I have never had to deal with customer service. I have never had to file a claim, and they have never gotten anything wrong so there has never been a need for me to reach out and talk to anyone. I give them points for not making any errors that require me to contact them I guess.

I have never used my insurance company's website. I deal with a local agent who takes care of all my needs. They answer any questions and have handled any claims that I have had to file in the past.

It is cheaper than the first company I used. They give me a good deal for bundling, and when I last had my bank run quotes through the system, they were the most affordable company that met my coverage needs.

I get my statements on time. They never call me to try to upsell me into something else so I cannot complain. I never interact with them at all, which is what I prefer since if I am interacting with my insurance company that means something bad happened.

Its ok I guess. I don't use the mobile app, as I haven't had a need for it, so it would just take up space on my phone. The website is easy to use, and any unusual questions I can just call, and the phone wait isn't too long.
