The premium and deductible of my plans are cheap compared to other area offerings. this is one of the main reasons that i continue to use this policy. the dedcutible also is cheap.

My home insurance customer service is just, okay. i wouldnt say that they are the best when calling to ask questions but they know insurance and always get me the answers i need. I have used them for many years and will continue to use Kentucky Farm Bureau in the future for home insurance.

I honestly do not know everything that is offered in my home insurance policy. i escrowed my mortgage and since everything is bundled, i don't interact with the policy very often. I would say that the policy offerings are similar to those offered by competing area plans.

Communications are clean and timely. Plenty of time is allowed to notify me of when a bill will be coming due and my payment options. I receive communication via a statement in the mail and follow up communication via e-mail. I am satisfied with the amount and quality of communication I receive from KFB.

The website is very easy to access & move thru. However, you can only make payments via the website when a policy is due. You cannot make advance payments via the website.

Like I said before, we have our payment escrowed into our loan amount so we have no communication with them. Luckily, we have not had to contact them to file a claim so we haven't had to communicate with them.

They were the lowest premium when we were comparing a few years ago. It was the best rate around and they are local. As always, you always wish that your payments would be lower.

We receive monthly statements from our insurance company for our auto insurance -- however, we do not receive anything for our homeowner's insurance. our policy expires in Sept, will be looking to compare with other companies

The KFB online site is very user-friendly and contains all my documents. My previous insurer did not offer this or any online way of paying and viewing documents. I like that I can look up and see how much my bill will be and when it is due. I can look up these information months in advance if I am budgeting and want to refresh my memory on the cost. I also like that I can pay my KFB bill online and have multiple payment options. In addition, I can pay with a credit card and there is no convenience fee associated with doing so. I now do all of my payments online for insurance and before I never had this option.

I've not had any problems with them at all. The one time I considered a claim, they walked me through how it would be in my best interest not to make the claim, as the claim likely didn't meet the deductible.

My rates with KFB are reasonable and in line or less than quotes I received from multiple companies at the time I was searching. In addition, KFB offers slightly better coverage overall than the other companies I quoted and my auto rates were noticeably lower. The agent was terrific. KFB has not raised my rates as rapidly as my previous insurer and I feel like a more valued customer rather than just a number in a very large company.
