I have only had contact with their automated (AI) customer service so far. The computer was helpful and pleasant to deal with. It seemed to be capable of many things.

Lemonade Home Insurance is the easiest and cheapest way to get insured. Our insurance is half the price it used to be, we are covered for the same amount and signing up was a complete breeze. I would do this again in a second!
