I general experience with Mutual Home Insurance customer support is usually pleasant but some times i can be connected with someone who doesnt really understand what theyre going. I would say about a 4 i would rate them.

I really don't use their app or website that much. They placed our policies through Progressive and actually, their website is pretty good. I have no qualms with Progressive's website. Easy to navigate, find policies and information on said policies.

Recently we had to file a claim. I saw that my roof was covered and I had no idea that it was included. Luckily it saved us thousands of dollars. Plumbing is covered and that is a necessity in an old home.
