The Company itself can be a pain to deal with but our agent is really good at getting us what we need when we need it. LM is pretty good at communicating. I get my monthly bills and reminders texted and emailed to me. They remind me if my due date is coming up and I haven't paid yet. Overall, I think they do a pretty good job in communicating with me.
My dwelling is covered as well as my property with replacement cost up to $60k. I also am covered for loss of use of insured location up to $12k. My policy also covered personal liability and medical payments to others. My policy insures me for hurricane losses, as well.

I think LM is good compared to others I used. I think they are all about the same. The policy seems to go up in price every year upon renewal, although I have never had a claim. But, I had the same thing happen with State Farm. Pricing is pretty competitive, I think. It's just too much effort to go through the process of looking at other companies and comparing prices.
