They have good rates and offer quite a few discounts for numerous items. I like that I can set my deductible and that it is not a percentage of my dwelling coverage.

I have had to call into Customer Service for a couple of different things. Sometimes I feel like the person I reach is very nice and willing to help and answer my questions.

The price is less than when we had Country insurance coverage. The coverage is pretty much identical, but the premiums are lower in cost. The cost savings was the main reason we switched.

While comparing to other insurance company, this insurance company cover majority of the home policy. Their offerings were good and i think its best for my financial situation.

They have a lot of trouble just getting the data entry correct. They had my wife's name misspelled for years and every time I'd try to get it fixed and failed. Only last year they finally got it correct.
