They are often very willing to help whenever I may need to call or message them about a question or concern in terms of payments and/or any possible claims that I have questioned them about.
There is nothing to dislike. When we flooded, they came out 2 days later, took comprehensive photos, and I had my first check in 4 days. We settled the whole matter in five months, including the rebuild. They were wonderful to work with.
