There are multiple people to talk to and this can get complicated. Our main agent is not the one who handles a claim. It was fairly hard to get in touch with our claim agent. They also transferred our claim near the end of its completion and did not tell the new agent that he was taking our claim, leading to delays.

I also did not like the adjustor's recommendation for what needed to be repaired and how (more extensive than necessary, in my opinion). Plus, his recommendation for who to call did not pan out, as the company was no longer in business.

The mobile app does not always work. It is hard to actually get into the app and when you do get in you usually cannot get any of your information that you need.
