Although I like that they always respond in some sense almost immediately, it usually takes a few communications before I am able to reach the proper party that can actually help me in resolving an issue or answering a specific question, rather than speaking with somebody that can only give me general answers that sound like they are just read from a list of responses provided through a computer on their end. I wish I had one dedicated customer service representative that I could deal with anytime I needed to contact them, rather than getting a random (possibly outsourced) person upon initial contact.

State Farm constantly wants to talk to me, but come on, my time is too valuable to put up with a sales pitch. I like that I found Progressive and they didn't find me. I had been solicited by insurance companies, and they never take no for an answer. That seriously just pushes me away more. Geico wouldn't take no for an answer when I was canceling.
