Our premium is under $1,000 for the year. The monthly payment is very reasonable. We opted for a $1,000 deductible. When we were quoted by others with a $1,000 deductible, the premium was around $1200.

Policy Offerings
CSAA gives us better coverage than what State Farm was going to give us. We have coverage on our shed, which State Farm was not giving us. We also have mold coverage (which is standard) and State Farm did not. We are covered for 8% more than State Farm was giving.

I have had a fantastic customer service team with my insurance company. The wait time is never long and they are extremely pleasant and helpful. I have had to put a claim in and was in touch with someone at least twice a week making sure the process went smoothly.

The local agent office in Llano has been very receptive to any questions or office visits. I couldn't ask for a better insurance company than AGI Insurance Group and am very happy with their professionalism and courtesy.

It's okay for getting in contact with them by setting up an account online in order to be able to file a claim or change coverage. Their website provides their address and phone number if I need to speak with someone or send a letter or documents. I was disappointed when I found out they excluded flood coverage due to rising water from levee breaches last year.

I do not like my insurance at all. I do not understand how they derive the price they charge when I have asked the agent has said he or she does not know it's just what the computer says. The website and mobile app's do not break down this information either.
