Closing Fee
Our closing costs were very low, only about $2300 which was considerably lower than other mortgage companies were charging. Many were closer to $10,000.
Interest Rate
We got a rate of 3.15% for a 20-year loan, others were around 3.50% to 3.75%. We could've got 2.95% if we did 15 years but that made us nervous.
Loan Officer Service
Our loan officer was AMAZING. She was professional and made the process painless. We did it all online and over email and it couldn't have gone smoother.

I didn't have any dislikes about the lender. Our closing costs were more than originally expected but still lower than others.
