Since I live in Florida it seems like most home insurance premiums are quite high, even if you take the mitigation efforts to lower insurance costs. Sadly, Floridians also frequently have to go to the last-resort company when a company spikes insurance rates or withdraw from the state. After going to the last-resort insurer, you are then handed off to whomever is chosen to decrease their liability.

They take a lot of time to process payments versus other companies that I pay bills to, it seems like a large company like this would be able to process payments. Each year they always seem to take over 10 days after my payment is sent to even receive it.
