Closing Fee
A closing cost of approximately 3% is acceptable. I believe we paid close to 2.75% in closing costs which was expected. Very happy.
Interest Rate
This bank offered us a very fair interest rate of 3.75 percent with no points. We thought it was best. There were lower rates online but for a physical location, it was best.
Loan Officer Service
Our loan officer was Stephanie. She was great. We really enjoyed her going slowly through all the paperwork and answering questions as we went.
Overall Rating
Pros
The bank is primarily in Anne Arundel County. We live in the county so it was a good choice. We, however, don't bank with them because other banks have better rates in that regard.
Cons
I dislike nothing about this institution. Maybe the fact the closest bank is 20 min away but so is everything else from where we live.
