Closing Fee
Just closing costs, in general, are ridiculous from underwriting fees to appraisal fees and everything in between, it just adds up to being a lot.

It was comparable to all other lenders at the time
Loan Officer Service
He kept us up to date and informed about costs and needed paperwork and such so that everything was taken care of in a smooth and timely manner and there were no unpleasant surprises.

So far I have really enjoyed using their website. It makes paying online easy, fast, and convenient and it is easy to understand and navigate

Closing Fee
We actually ended up getting a check for like $800 when closing on our house. I'm still not entirely sure why because the closing cost was included in the loan amount and we split the closing fee with the seller.
Interest Rate
Our interest rate is 3.750% which I'm told is very good. My husband is a disabled veteran so we were able to get a VA home loan so we didn't have to put any money down and got a fair interest rate.
Loan Officer Service
We have only had to deal with our loan officer once (when we initially got approved and put in the offer) but he was extremely friendly the entire time.
