With our insurance I get a $25 copay at most doctors visits and have recently started to use an app service that is a $5 copay which has been life changing.

I have had this insurance for over fourteen years. Alot has changed with insurance since I was younger and on my parents insurance so I would not be able to compare.

I wish that my premium was less expensive, but I am willing to pay more for the options that I have. The fact that I have a flat deductable regardless of named storms is worth it in my opinion.

I don't normally use my insurance company's website. I have a local agent that I can to go or call when I have problems or question. I prefer this when I'm dealing with something as important as home insurance.

Policy Offerings
My insurance does not include flood insurance, but just about everything else. Unlike most policies in my area, my insurance acts normal even when a named storm comes. I pay a flat deductable. Most policies in my area change to a percentage of the insured value as the deductable when named storms come through.

I can't judge the actual company's customer support because I deal with a local agent for all my needs. I like this because I can sit down and speak with a person. My agent takes good care of me.

While my home insurance may not be the least expensive in my area, I have a flat deductable even when dealing with named storms. Most policies in my area don't have this. With the number of storms that we have in my area, this is very important to me.

My premium is very good value. It seems to be lower than most, but the company is backed by some good banks and lawyers that will ensure that I receive what I am entitled to if I have to use my insurance.
