I would give them a 4, they are very good with keeping you updated on what your policy is, they also have very good equipment that has kept my home feeling extremely safe. I like having someone locally whom I can get ahold of easily without having to go through a giant rigamarole with numerical selections over the phone. It tends to make the solving of problems a bit easier. I had to do this to give them information on checks I had already written weeks before--checks that had already been withdrawn from bank account. That is a bit irritating.

When we recently bundled it with our auto coverage, it went down another $100.
