Closing Fee
I didn't know much about closing fees before the process so I wasn't too worried about it. No matter what you're going to have to pay them.
Interest Rate
When we first started looking into which bank we wanted to go with we looked at all the interest rates they were offering. We noticed the local smaller banks had lower interest rates.
Loan Officer Service
My loan officer was quick to respond when we had questions. She was also very good at explaining everything to us.

They are easy to talk to and quick to answer your questions. They explain things in a very good understanding way.
