Closing Fee
My company offered a no cost closing special. I feel like this was a very good offer compared to other banks. I think it was offered due to the fact that we were existing customers.
Interest Rate
My interest rate seems to be lower or the same as what some others charge for their loans. I feel I have good competitive rate.
Loan Officer Service
I did not like the loan officer at all. She was very disorganized and did not ever have the paperwork she needed to get the transaction completed.
