Loan Officer Service
my loan officer was one of the most wonderful people to work with. we were in constant communication with each other via email and text. this makes it very easy to do all of the paperwork

Pros
this was one of the most pleasant and easy buying experiences that I have ever had. Capcenter made this a great experience and I will likely do it again the next time I am purchasing a home.
Cons
The only thing that I didn't like was that I was not able to close on the date that I wanted to. It was just a scheduling conflict but cap center made it work for me and I closed one day later.
