We have not had quotes from other companies as we have been with Cincinnati for many, many years but my sister in law owns the agency and she tells us that our rates really can't get much better than they are. She has been in the business for a long time and I trust what she tells us. We live in quite a nice house so I don't think that paying $1,500 years to protect that investment is unreasonable. Plus, we do get the discount since we also have our auto insurance with Cincinnati. Overall we are satisfied.

The website is so cumbersome to use and log in to. I typically receive my statement/bill in the mail, and I have to call customer service to figure out how to pay using the website every year. They make changes to it but it is still nearly impossible for me to navigate without guidance.

Cincinnati's web site is very helpful. You are able to see all policy declaration pages plus the entire policy if need be. You can also print anything that you need from the web site including ID cards for your autos. The most helpful part of their web site is that you are able to pay your premiums through the web site and they come directly out of you checking account. Overall, it is a very comprehensive and helpful way to keep track of all your insurance needs.

For the most part, I deal with the agency for all of my needs and I can't say enough about how well they do their job. They are all very helpful and understanding. As for the company, in the interactions that I have had with them directly, most have been very good. The reps are courteous and do everything that they can to help. Again, my only complaint would be regarding the standoffish behavior of the adjuster and that is not something that is significant as I have only had to deal with him twice - once for a homeowners claim and once for an auto claim. Overall, the company reps have been quite nice to us.
