We had to pay $375 for the appraisal but all other costs seemed to be inline with normal costs. We were not charged a bank fee or points since we maintain multiple accounts with the credit union
Interest Rate
We received 3.75 on a 25-year term. We did not shop other lenders but checked online at the time at it appeared to be an excellent rate
Loan Officer Service
We dealt with the Branch Manager and we delivered other materials to his assistant. We have gotten over 7 auto loans through this branch within the last 10 years

Pros
We have done business at this location for over 10 years. It has always been a simple phone call to start the process and then emails and follow-ups thereafter. They are friendly and efficient.
Cons
Honestly not too much. Our only complaint that since it is a small town institution it is sometimes hard to get out of the office without 20 minutes of small talk. That is why we try to do as much as possible via phone and email.
