My home insurance company has great rates compared to other insurance companies. They are escrowed into my house payments and I have not had any problems with them in the thirteen years.
I do have a $500 deductible but that didn't give me any problems with my roof repair money. I paid the roofers after they gave me a fair estimate and the job was taken care of promptly and efficiently and to my satisfaction.

I have had decent interactions with customer service with this company. I have only had one instance where it was less than ideal and I believe it was the receptionist and not the actual agents fault. Since the instance, I have not had the receptionist answer phone anymore so I believe they replaces her.

The agent that explained our policy was erractic and confused me. However, from what I understand, the only thing that our policy covers is fire protection. It's for 10,000 dollars. It also covers other natural disasters like flooding, lightning, fallen trees, etc. However, it is for very small amounts as it only covers a small percentage of the damages. Our monthly payments are around $175 a month.
