I feel that the fees were all explained up front and were lower than average.
Interest Rate
We used our local credit union because they approved us with less than perfect credit. The rate is higher than average and we will look to refinance soon.
Loan Officer Service
She was very helpful and worked with us to get the financing done quickly. Also didn't feel any judgment for the less than perfect credit.

Pros
The process was easy and well explained. The loan officer from the company was professional and helpful. All in all the experience was much less stressful and confusing than I thought it would be.
Cons
You have to be a member to receive a loan through this credit union, and as stated previously, the interest rate is higher than average although I do not believe this is the fault of the lender.
