Our closing fee was the same with our lender as it would be for any other lender in our area.
Interest Rate
We have a low-interest rate of less than 4%. This is due to having a VA loan. Also, we bought during the downturn in the economy. I would say because of the type of mortgage we have, the interest rate is comparable to a lot of other companies.
Loan Officer Service
He was knowledgeable, helped us through a tough situation, and made the process fast. He was hard to reach through when it came to phone calls.

I like how it was a fast process from start to finish. We were able to get a loan pre-approval in just a few days. They were very informative on the paperwork that we would need.
Cons
They could be hard to reach by phone. Their web-pay system is not that easy to use. We had to send some pieces of documentation more than once.
