The process was okay, but there was some unexpected charges and they just never really give you a good enough explanation.
I got a four percent interest rate, which is pretty good, but I would have preferred the lowest rate at the time which was 3.75%.
She did a pretty good job except for the fees that I was unaware of during the process. I was able to come up with the money needed.
Pros
I definitely liked that the lender was available whenever I needed them. They got back to me right away if I emailed or called them.
Cons
I did not like the hidden fees that came out towards the end of the process. I felt they should have been more open about that cost.
