I think the premium is comparable to other insurance companies. I like that we have hurricane coverage since we live in Florida. I'm not sure what the premiums are for other insurance companies that offer hurricane coverage.

My home insurance company does not have a mobile app. I think a mobile app would be great. The website is super easy to navigate, but it can be hard to figure out what kind of options they offer to customers.

We received our quote very quickly and they gave us the information for setting up the escrow account very quickly. Each year, they send us our renewal paperwork and they are very quick with sending out information about policy changes.
